By accessing this website, placing orders, or requesting distributorship contracts with Ram Jyoti Agro Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the Laws of India and jurisdiction of East Champaran, Bihar.
2. Wholesale & Retail Pricing
Grain prices are subject to seasonal mandi fluctuations, paddy MSP benchmarks, and transportation logistics. Confirmed quotations issued by our commercial desk remain valid for the period specified in formal proforma invoices.
3. Quality & Grain Inspection
All consignments leaving our mill undergo automated optical inspection and moisture equilibrium testing. Any discrepancies must be formally registered within 72 hours of freight delivery with seal photos.
